GluMetrics, Inc. is a medical device company focused on bringing real-time glucose monitoring products to the healthcare market. 

	The GluCath®system is a single-use, intravascular continuous glucose monitor. It combines a unique fluorescent chemistry with a proven optical technology platform used for the monitoring of hospitalized patients.
	The GluCath system is an invesitgational device currently undergoing clinical testing to confirm the performance and functionality of the device. The GluCath system is not currently available for distribution.
	GluMetrics has established a signficant intellectual property position through the discovery, acquisition and/or licensing of key patents relating to the composition and preparation of fluorescent chemistry and polymer compounds. All assets, know-how, IP and trade secrets of Diametrics Medical, Inc. relating to the continuous intravascular measurement of blood constituents including glucose were acquired in July 2006 through the acquisition of TGC Research, Ltd.
