GluMetrics, Inc. is a medical device company focused on bringing real-time glucose monitoring products to the healthcare market. 

	GluCath™ is a single-use, intravascular device, combining a unique fluorescent chemistry with a proven technology platform to monitor blood glucose continuously in hospitalized patients.
	The GluCath™ system is currently undergoing extensive testing to confirm its accuracy, safety and overall system performance. The GluCath™ system is not currently available for distribution.
	GluMetrics™ invests significant resources in its intellectual property position including the acquisition and/or licensing of key patents relating to the composition and preparation of fluorescent chemistry and polymer compounds. Additionally, in July 2006 GluMetrics acquired TGC Research, Ltd. from Diametrics Medical, Inc., which included all assets, know-how, IP and trade secrets relating to the continuous intravascular measurement of blood constituents including glucose.
